Neil McGlohon

I am a contributing scientist on IBM Research Almaden team responsible for the development, testing, evaluation, and presentation of the IBM NorthPole AI inference chip. My areas of expertise are primarily in high-performance and parallel computing but also have significant experience in AI/ML and distributed/cloud computing. I have high standards of excellence and appreciate methodical approaches to solving difficult problems.

Personally, I code for fun, enjoy riding mountain bike trails, and relax by playing my bass guitar or ukuleles.
