A data-driven clinical decision support system for acute coronary syndrome patient similarity

Abstract

Both data-driven clinical decision support system (CDSS) and patient similarity are important topics in healthcare informatics to facilitate precision medicine. However, approaches to combine both are less studied. In this study, we proposed a framework of data-driven CDSS for patient similarity and presented a case study describing a prototype system for acute coronary syndrome patients.
