Abstract

Running a new, portable version of the AML language, the IBM micro can serve as a general-purpose robot or tool controller. The AML/PC combination also simplifies robot programming as it simulates motion in the work envelope and sensory responses. It may ease the way to computer-integrated manufacturing.
