Balancing The Work Order Stability In Maintenance Rescheduling
Abstract
The talk focuses on balancing the conflict goals of rescheduling to minimize the updated risk and ensure the work order stability. We incorporate a penalty function of work order change as a KPI of the rescheduling optimization and create the function based on multiple factors, such as cancellation, and member or assigned day changes. We estimate the asset risk based on the asset failure prediction model. In the case of happening undesired events, such as hazardous weather conditions, we re-estimate the risk and decide whether a rescheduling is required. We identify the assets with the highest health deterioration as the candidates of the updated work orders and incorporate them into the optimizer.
