Abstract
EPR studies of the insulating spin-glass system Eu//xSr//1// minus //xS for concentrations x where reentrant and ferromagnetic transitions occur are described. The low temperature tendencies can be anticipated at high temperatures and understood in terms of the energy level distributions of the total spin states.
