Evidence for resistivity in Monte Carlo studies of the two-dimensional superconductors

Abstract

Monte Carlo simulations show that the densities of free vortices between the Kosterlitz-Thouless phase transition TKT and the bulk transition temperature TBCS of thin superconducting films behave like exponentially in the case of non-magnetic applied field. © 1980.
