FREEZING DYNAMICS OF SINGLE-CRYSTAL PROTON GLASSES.

Abstract

The freezing of an excellent structural analog to spin glasses, mixed crystals of RbH//2PO//4 and NH//4H//2PO//4, is reported as a function of frequency. In the frozen state, the relaxation-time distribution extends over at least 17 orders of magnitude.
