Interoperability checklist for decision-makers

Abstract

In April 2007 the GridWise® Architecture Council published the "Introduction to Interoperability and Decision-Maker's Interoperability Checklist Version 1.0" as a tool to be used by policy makers and executives making smart grid policy or investment decisions. Subsequently there has been a significant amount of additional work on smart grid interoperability by the council and others. This paper summarizes the current efforts of the council to update the checklist to incorporate this subsequent work. ©2010 IEEE.
