PAGING IN VM/ESA

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to explain the paging and real storage management algorithms of VM/ESA and to shaw haw to measure them. This paper will also encompass the use of expanded store by the MiniDisk Cache and Data Spaces. This paper should leave the reader with an understanding of what paging resources are needed to build a "balanced" VM system.
