The IEEE/IEC Pulse Standards—Basic Tools for Waveform Analysis

Abstract

This paper describes the organization and content of the new IEEE pulse standards and presents material that illustrates their use. These standards (and their International Electrotechnical Commission counterparts) complement instruments that digitize, store, and analyze waveforms.
