Transition temperature of ferromagnetic semiconductors: A dynamical mean field study
Abstract
A theory of the magnetic semiconductors which can handle both the weak coupling limit (xJ less than Fermi energy EF) and the intermediate coupling regime (J < t but not too large) is presented. This method correctly treats the physically relevant situation in which the carriers are constrained to be locally parallel to the Mn spins and allows, for instance, calculation of the resistivity and optical conductivity.
