I currently lead Data & AI Platforms research teams at IBM Research - Europe. The teams' mission is twofold:

i) Build the next generation Data and AI platforms that enable IBM's clients' journey to Hybrid Cloud and AI. This entails bringing together, and advancing, recent developments in Big Data integration, cloud native compute and data orchestration, and AI lifecycle automation to enable developers and data scientists to rapidly deploy and managee Enterprise-grade AI applications.

ii) Accelerate IBM's own transformation into a premier AI Enterprise by infusing latest data and AI technologies in key business processes and operations. To this end, we have built one of the industry's most sophisticated data platforms (IBM Cognitive Enterprise Data Platform - CEDP), on which continue to deliver research data and AI innovations at real enterprise scale.
